Kempinski Hotels has expanded its partnership
with Shiji by signing a Global Master Service Agreement that will
see the company implement Shiji’s Infrasys Cloud POS.

The luxury hotel group, which has been using Shiji
Distribution Solutions and Shiji ReviewPro for many years, will
use Shiji’s Infrasys Cloud POS to optimize the amount of time
employees spend with guests and ultimately increase overall
service quality.

to focus less on technology and more on our guests,” said Riko Van Santen, Chief
Information Officer at Kempinski. “We are here to
ensure our guests have an excellent experience and look to exceed
their expectations. To do that we need to find the right
technology partners that have advanced solutions designed to
improve the quality of work for our associates so they in turn can
increase the quality of work for our guests. Shiji’s Infrasys
Cloud POS meets these criteria.”

Kempinski currently has a portfolio of 81 hotels
and residences around the world.
