Ascott has expanded its portfolio of serviced
apartments with the opening of the Citadines Connect Rochester Singapore,
the group’s 7th Citadines and 18th property in Singapore.

Located at the heart of
the country’s life science, education and dining hub at Rochester
Park, Citadines Connect Rochester Singapore occupies
four levels (levels 4 to 7) of the building, with its main lobby
located on level two.

Situated near the Buona Vista
(5-min) and one-north MRT (13-min) stations, Citadines Connect
Rochester Singapore is also close to numerous dining and entertainment options ranging from
restaurants within the neighbouring conservation bungalows, to
Timber+ at one north, Holland Village and Star Vista (Theatre).

Well known parks and sights like the Rail Corridor, The Green
Corridor, Kent Ridge Park, Haw Par Villa and the Singapore Botanic
Gardens, are also close by.

The multi-faceted property with 135 rooms caters
to both short and long stays. The property features a mix of studio
units, including premier units with a well-equipped kitchenette
and washer-dryer, as well as deluxe units with garden access.

Facilities at the property include a swimming pool as well as a
24-hour gymnasium. A ‘Refresh & Recharge’ lounge provides an area
of respite for guests to rest and relax should they arrive prior
to their check-in time or are expecting a late departure.

The adjoining Shared
Executive Learning Centre, Catapult, a first of its kind in
Southeast Asia, provides guests with the opportunity to sign up
for courses as well as a shared space to work and learn in an
experiential and immersive way, equipped with the latest learning
technologies.

There is also a Garden Sanctuary and Terrace, as
well as a food and beverage tenant available within the property.

Advanced technology enables guests who are members of Ascott’s loyalty
programme, Ascott Star Rewards (ASR), to make
their reservations, perform self-check-in and check-out, request
for services, manage their membership, make contactless payment
and provide feedback via the Discover ASR mobile app.
They can also earn additional ASR points if they opt-out of
housekeeping service as part of Ascott’s Go Green initiative.
