Wyndham has signed an agreement with Alliga
Eternity, a Vietnamese yacht manufacturer, to launch the first Wyndham Alltra
all-inclusive resort in the Asia Pacific region.

The 300-cabin cruise ship resort, which will be
permanently docked in the sea off Cat Ba Island in Halong Bay, has
been named Wyndham Alltra
Cat Ba.

The floating hotel, scheduled to begin operations
in June 2026, is expected to feature 8 F&B outlets, a series of meeting rooms,
a swimming pool and a gym.

The Wyndham Alltra brand was launched in response
to the fast-growing demand for all-inclusive resort experiences,
and the ship in Vietnam will also offer an all-inclusive
experience.

“Vietnam has been and will be a key strategic market for Wyndham
in the coming years, especially as its tourism sector
continues picking up,” said Eudo Chan, Senior Director –
Development, South East Asia & Pacific for Wyndham. “By signing this strategic partnership with Alliga, we are reinforcing our commitment to deliver
sustainable growth in the market, coupled with innovative
concepts and offerings. Wyndham Alltra Cat Ba will be our first
stationary superyacht in Asia Pacific and will join our existing Vietnam
portfolio of 15 hotels across varying brands. We are looking very
forward to working with Alliga, to continue bringing our signature
‘Count on Me’ service to a wider range of guests.”

Alliga
is also planning to build a second Wyndham-branded floating resort in Nha Trang.

“We are extremely
glad to have found a valuable partner in Wyndham to share our
like-minded goals and objectives,” said Bùi Viết Quân,
Chairman of Alliga Eternity. “With this being our first superyacht
project, it is a logical choice to tap on Wyndham’s expertise and
market experience to embark on this new chapter to cater to more
guests – both locals and tourists alike.”

Wyndham, one of the
world’s largest hotel franchising companies, currently has more than 1,600
hotels in approximately 20 markets and territories in Asia
Pacific.

: Updated
on 21 March 2023 to make it clearer that
the floating hotel will be permanently docked in the same location and won’t be
used to cruise around Halong Bay. The floating hotel will be
stationary.
