Plateau International, a sales representation
company that is part of the Serandipians network, has appointed
Gary Toshack as Director of Sales.

At Plateau, Gary’s primary role
will be to strengthen the company’s network of tour operators in
the luxury market by providing information through face-to-face
meetings as well as product training.

Gary has 20 years of experience working in sales
and marketing, and has held leadership roles with numerous
companies. He lived and worked in Netherlands for over a
decade and learned to speak Dutch
fluently.

Early in his career, Gary pent almost 6 years working as Co-Owner of
Chi Neng Instituut in the Amsterdam area before becoming owner of
Discover China where he remained until July 2012.

In August 2012, Gary joined Links Travel &
Tours in London as Business Development Manager before joining
Wendy Wu Tours in London as Project Manager in April 2014.

That was followed with just over four years as
owner of Forth Representation, a London-based travel sales and
marketing agency. From there he joined Blue Planet Collection as
MD, spending three years there prior to becoming a Managing
Partner at Virtually LIVE! Live Stream TV Broadcasting in London,
his most recent role before joining Plateau.

with Plateau was their meticulous approach in selecting travel
businesses with unique propositions, often with a sustainable
ethos and distinctive style that makes them stand out in a
saturated travel market,” Gary said. “My objective is to
understand our B2B partners destination and product preferences,
and assist in introducing them to our luxury brand clients that
are relevant and will bring added value to their travel
operations.”

Plateau’s clients include boutique hotels, small
luxury cruise lines and DMCs.
