The Four Seasons Hotel Seoul has appointed
Maximilian Schillik as Director of Rooms.

Maximilian, who joins the hotel from the
Four Seasons Hotel Jakarta, will oversee several departments,
including Concierge, Front Office and Housekeeping.

Born in Munich, Maximilian spent his childhood
between Germany and Italy. After studying law for a few years, he realised that his true passion lay in hospitality
and made his foray into the world of hotels as a management
trainee at Seehotel Überfahrt in Bavaria.

In 2011, he joined Kempinski and steadily climbed the ranks, moving from
front office supervisor at the Kempinski Hotel Airport Munich to managerial roles
at Kempinski hotels in
China, Germany and Myanmar.

In February 2019, he joined the Four Seasons
family in Maldives as Director of Rooms before moving to
Indonesia’s capital city as Director of Rooms at the Four Seasons
Hotel there.

When asked
what he enjoys most about his job, Maximilian, said, “The satisfaction of
making people smile on a daily basis is incomparable. We get to
create joy, inspire delight and help to build new memories for our
guests.”
