The Arduboy Mini is a small game console that is inspired by the iconic Game Boy handheld game designed by Kevin Bates. The 8-bit design measures out to be about the size of two quarters in terms of length and functions as a handheld console.
The small iteration does function similarly to the larger Arduboy, highlighting the OLED display and slew of open-source games. It continues with the exposed design to create a transparent understanding and encourages players to explore the hardware coding. The Arduboy Mini does not have a speaker of a built-in battery — it has a solder-labeled contact for the battery and speaker on the rear exposed end of the miniature design.
