The Four Seasons Hotel Kuwait at Burj Alshaya
has appointed Ksenia Novikova as Hotel Manager.

Ksenia joins the Four Seasons family with
extensive experience working at luxury hotels in the United
States, China, Eastern Europe and the Middle East.

The talented and multi award-winning hotelier
started her career in 2004 working in F&B at the Sea Island Beach
Club in Georgia, USA.

From there, Ksenia moved in 2008 to Forest
Hall Apartments in Carbondale as Resident Assistant and joined
Southern Illinois University 17 months later as a Graduate
Assistant.

Ksenia joined Starwood in 2010 and worked in F&B

to The Ritz-Carlton Beijing as Director of Restaurants in 2014
where she
was promoted to Assistant Director of F&B in 2015.

Ksenia spent two and a half years in Shanghai, China
as Director of F&B at The Ritz-Carlton there, before moving to
Moscow as EAM – F&B at The Ritz-Carlton hotel.

From Russia, Ksenia moved to Abu Dhabi and spent 15

“In hospitality, we are not saving lives,
but we have the potential to impact them, from guests to our
fellow team members,” Ksenia said. “There is something very
special about playing a meaningful part in milestone moments in
people’s lives, whether it’s a wedding or another landmark
celebration.”
