IHG has signed a management agreement with
Jurmaz Hotels for a voco hotel in the centre of Riyadh, Saudi
Arabia.
Scheduled to open in 2026, the 246-key, 29-floor voco Hotel and Suites Riyadh North
will be located approximately
1.5 km from King Abdullah Financial District and just a
30-minute drive from King Khalid International Airport.
The property
will feature seven meeting rooms, four
F&B options, a
swimming pool and a gymnasium.

IHG currently operates 38 hotels in Saudi Arabia
across the following brands: InterContinental, Crowne Plaza, Holiday
Inn, Staybridge Suites and voco, with 33 hotels in the development
pipeline.
