IHG has signed a management agreement with Atharva Hotel Superfluities India for a new-build
hotel in Gurugram, a Tier 1 city in India.
The voco Gurugram Golf Course
Extension Road hotel is
currently in an advanced stage of construction and is expected to open soon,
adding 204 keys to IHG’s premium portfolio in the country.
The hotel is located opposite the International
Financial Center, just off the main Golf
Course Extension Road, My Den, M3M Urbana, an established business
and commercial area of Gurugram.
A few minutes’ drive from Cyber City, the main
corporate and recreational hub of Gurugram and in close proximity to the city’s established IT
Special Economic Zones, the hotel is a suitable choice for both business
and leisure travelers.
Indira Gandhi International Airport, as well as Gurgaon Railway
Station, are both less than 25 minutes from the hotel.
Facilities will include an all-day
restaurant, lobby lounge, bar, meeting rooms, business center,
outdoor pool and a gymnasium.
