Marriott has expanded its portfolio of Delta
Hotels with the opening of the brands 100th property, the second
in the Dubai and third in the Middle East.

Located close to many of the city’s key
attractions and business hubs, the Delta Hotels by Marriott, Dubai
Investment Park features 248 guest rooms and suites, a variety of
meeting and event spaces, an outdoor
swimming pool, spa and fitness center.

Other facilities
include a full-service restaurant
serving international cuisine and shisha, along with a dedicated
menu in the evening alongside specialty craft ales and cocktails;
a coffee shop lounge area serving Lavazza coffee,
beverages, baked goods, and snacks as well as prepared hot
and cold items; and a pool bar with a selection of lite bites and
beverages available for guests lounging outside by the
swimming pool.

A Grab & Go and a Delta Pantry – two of the
brand’s signatures globally – are also present. Grab & Go offers small bites,
fruit, juices and other cold items, while the 24/7 Delta Pantry is
designed to feel like a
residential kitchen and provides premium
beverages and snacks available to Marriott Bonvoy Platinum,
Titanium, Ambassador Elite Members, as well as paying guests.

Once a portfolio of 37 properties in Canada, Delta
Hotels by Marriott has grown rapidly since its acquisition in
2015.

The brand is expected to open nearly 30 more hotels before year-end, including
more than 20 properties in the UK,
as well as a collection of Golf & Country Clubs, significantly expanding
its footprint in the region.

Looking ahead to 2023, Delta Hotels
by Marriott will debut in Naples, Italy;
Dar es Salaam, Tanzania; and New York City.
