The Apollo Neuro Wearable is a unique wellness gadget that is designed to relieve stress through intricate touch therapy. Co-Founder of the company Dr. Dave Rabin described the device as a “wearable hug for your nervous system” as it uses silent vibrations to help balance out one’s fight or flight response.
It is able to help the body find focus and create more resilience against stress, increase sleep quality, and raise heart rate variability, which is a metric that is often studied to gauge recovery. The Apollo Neuro wearable is about 14mm thick, 35mm wide, and 50mm in length — it can be worn on the ankle or wrist, or simply attached to a shirt collar or clothing item using the clip.
