The Woodio ‘Block’ toilet has been designed by the Finland-based company as an eco-friendly take on the traditional toilet that’s crafted out of unlikely materials. The toilet is crafted with a material that’s 80% wood by volume, which was created using offcuts from the forest industry in Finland as well as locally sourced aspen. The wood is then mixed with polyester and bioplastic resins to give each toilet an unbreakable profile that is totally waterproof.
The Woodio ‘Block’ toilet maintains a decidedly more eco-friendly profile compared to traditional ceramic fixtures and features a stylish design that adds an organic touch to any bathroom. The toilet is reported by the brand to produce 99% fewer emissions compared to ceramic toilets, which dramatically drops the footprint of the essential fixture.
