The spirit is made with 100% Kernza grains, which are a perennial grain that doesn’t have to be replanted each year, and thus supports soil health, carbon capturing and more. The spirit itself was aged for three-years in charred virgin oak barrels, and is reported to have notes of grapes, red fruits and a nutty undertone. The spirit comes in with a 45% ABV. comes in 750ml bottles and has a suggested price point of $80.
