Fans of Mario, Princess Peach, and the rest of the Super Nintendo gang will be thrilled to hear that the Super Nintendo World theme park is opening soon at Universal Studios Hollywood.
After a lengthy wait, the new Super Nintendo World theme park is set to open on February 17, 2023. The new park will look just like you’ve been transported into Super Mario World IRL, complete with green pipes and floating blocks. In addition to the colorful surroundings, the theme park’s main attraction will be the Mario Kart ride. The new ride will put fans behind the actual wheel of Mario Kart: Bowser’s Challenge, in which you’ll navigate a real Mario Kart course. As if that weren’t cool enough, visitors can even collect coins throughout their stay, just like their favorite video game characters.
