The BenQ ScreenBar Halo monitor light bar is an accessory for use on workstations to help a user avoid the effects of digital eye strain by offering a healthier form of illumination. The light works by being affixed onto the top of a monitor where it will cast light downwards onto the user’s workstation, which prevents rays from bouncing around and refracting into the user’s eyes. The unit also features a rear-mounted LED unit to brighten up the space behind the monitor, which could help to further reduce the effects of digital eye strain.
