Pop icon Sabrina Carpenter announces Dublin gig for Europe tour but fans aren’t happy

US pop sensation, Sabrina Carpenter, has confirmed she will play Dublin’s 3Arena in 2025.

She is set to release her album Short n’ Sweeton August 23, the Espresso singer confirmed the dates on Instagram this afternoon.

She penned: “Soooo excited to bring the Short n’ Sweet Tour to Europe & the UK!!”

With popular songs such as Please Please Please and Feather, Irish fans are elated to catch a glimpse of the pop princess and possibly even her prince, Irish actor, Barry Keoghan.

However, many fans from mainland Europe are less than pleased as she leaves out many countries including Spain and Italy from her schedule.

One fan said: “Oh so you hate Spain, Italy and Switzerland?” While others wrote: “Girl the south of Europe exists,” and “This isn’t Europe babes.”

Sabrina confirmed that her special guest will be UK musician, Rachel Chinouriri, and presale is to start on July 23, 2024 at 10am with tickets pricing at €61 plus booking fee.
