Why eat corn on the cob when you can sink your teeth into Trader Joe’s new Seasoned Corn Ribs.

While corn on the cob is a delicious side dish, Trader Joe’s is making the veggie a little more snackable with its new Seasoned Corn Ribs. The new product is made “by a supplier in Italy, who slices cobs of corn into quarters and then lightly cooks them until they naturally take on a slightly curved, barbecued rib-like shape.” These skinny corn ribs are then seasoned with salt, olive oil, and a cocoa butter-based vegan butter, before they are flash frozen at peak freshness. To prepare these frozen corn ribs at home, simply pop them in the microwave for a few minutes or for just a little bit longer in your oven or air fryer.
