Black Bear Diner just just unveiled its spring LTOs and this season’s lineup includes some exciting new offerings like the We Be Jammin’ burger and the new Pickled Pot Roast.
Available from March 30 until May 25, all of Black Bear Diner’s newest offering lean right into comfort food. For instance, there ‘The Parisian,’ which features with two slices of thick-cut French toast, and ‘The We Be Jammin’’ Burger, which features homemade brown sugar-maple bacon jam on a seasoned beef patty. But perhaps the most exciting new offering is ‘The Pickled Pot Roast,’ which consists of a tender pot roast paired with homemade pickled red onions, horseradish aioli, Swiss and cheddar cheeses, all served on grilled sourdough bread with a Parmesan crust.
