Interior designer Julie Cloos Mølsgaard launches a pop-up hotel that is detailed with modern furniture and Italian frescos in Brescia, Italy within the Palazzo Monti. It is done so for the Danish homeware imprint Vipp, which is an artist residency foundation that transforms into a hotel that guests can stay at overnight. The space turns itself into hotel suits whilst showing off the Vipp products. Mølsgaard decorates the space with minimal furniture and lighting throughout the interiors to complement the historic building.

This includes the Baroque paintings from 1750 along the walls and ceilings. Edoardo Monti, founder of Palazzo Monti speaks about the installation, “Palazzo Monti showcases a broad array of art exhibitions. For the first time, we will host a liveable installation curated by Vipp, where we invite guests to check into our residency. Entering the opulent gates of the palazzo is like stepping into an old master’s painting.”
