The Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay has promoted
Jason Rodgers to the position of General Manager.
The Australian national has worked
at the luxury property in the Kingdom of Bahrain as Hotel Manager for the past five years.
Jason’s career with Four Seasons Hotels
and Resorts began in 1998 as a management trainee in Kuala Lumpur,
Malaysia.
From there, he moved
Dublin, Ireland in 2000 assuming managerial roles for three years in Guest
Services. In 2003 he headed to Hampshire, United
Kingdom as the Front Office Manager for the opening of Four
Seasons Hampshire.
After five years at that impressive property,
where he was promoted to Assistant Director of Rooms, he moved to
warmer climes and joined the pre-opening team at the Four
Seasons Mauritius at Anahita as Director of Rooms.
In 2013, Jason moved to Qatar joining the Four Seasons
Hotel Doha and gaining his first work experience in the rapidly
growing Middle Eastern market. He moved to the Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay
from Doha in 2018, where he was endorsed as
the Hotel Manager.

Jason graduated with a Bachelor of Hotel
Management from Canberra, Australia. In his spare time he likes to
spend time with his three children and enjoys watching sports such
as golf, tennis and Australian rules football.
