Artist David Hockney is known for his iconic pop-art work and now opens up the doors to David Hockney: Bigger & Closer (not smaller & further away). This is a show that allows visitors to literally step into the realm of his work in London. It takes place at the city’s new immersive art space known as Lightroom at King’s Cross.
The David Hockney: Bigger & Closer (not smaller & further away) show transports visitors into the colorful work including a forest, swimming pool, and much more. They can walk along the bright views of the artist and the bespoke score is done by Nico Muhley. Notably, the voice narration is by the artist himself.
