Decathlon has unveiled a mind-blowing new e-bike concept that is designed to hark at the future of electric mobility by offering a vehicle that is just as suitable for solo rides as it is for urban rides with a child companion, or longer-term bike-packing adventures.
The ‘Magic Bike 02’ concept e-bike would be fitted with a mid-drive motor that is capable of offering pedal assistance up to 25 km/h, while an extra battery can be added in order to enjoy an additional 50 km worth of range. Elsewhere, this concept e-bike would boast ‘Magic Mode’ route planning technology that manages battery capacity and motor performance in order to ensure that riders reach their destination safely.
Elsewhere, this e-bike concept offers a number of amenities that include a mountable child seat, an array of storage pockets and even a shield to protect riders from inclement weather.
