Razeen Mohammed is the mind behind the new sustainable EDGAR stool structure, which notably uses electronic waste packaging as the main material. It is notably a concept design of a portable stool to imagine furniture that is both functional and relies on the least amount of materials needed.
It also takes into consideration the energy that is required to create the chair as well as the cost of production in total during the prototype concept. It only costs $0.29 to make one stool and this is because it is made using the aforementioned waste. This is one of the largest waste issues as electronic appliances and their production have only been increasing and it is a result.
