BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse is starting 2023 off on a sweet note with the launch of its new Double Chocolate Banana Split Pizookie.
For those unfamiliar, BJ’s Pizookie is essentially a dessert pizza that features a deep dish skillet cookie topped with various sweet fixings. The new Double Chocolate Banana Split Pizookie starts with a rich and warm chocolate cookie studded with chunks of Ghirardelli chocolate and baked-in banana slices. This skillet cookie base is then topped with rich and creamy vanilla bean ice cream, whipped cream, crunchy candied pecans, a sweet caramel drizzle, and (just like a banana slipt) a cherry on top.
