The conceptual ‘Placo’ kids furniture design is a movable storage solution for students to provide them with ample space to keep essentials stowed within the classroom.

The furniture unit features a wooden construction that sits on four wheels, and boasts ample space to hold books, backpacks, lunches and more. The movable design allows it to be easily shifted between locations in the space, while a built-in pencil box in the top section can be removed for placement on a desktop.

The conceptual ‘Placo’ kids furniture design is the design work of Pedro Machado, Pedro Travassos and Mariana Nogueira, and would work well within the classroom or a child’s bedroom. The side of the unit is accented by a whiteboard to encourage kids to work and be creative.
