Snack’in For You by Sigma Foods will be introducing its newest better-for-you snack at the upcoming National Association of Convenience Stores (NACS) Show in the form of high-protein baked puffs made with a base of cauliflower or broccoli. These vegetable-based puffs are set to make their debut in early 2024 in four flavors: Buffalo Ranch Cauliflower Puffs, Mesquite Barbeque Broccoli Puffs, Cheddar Jalapeno Broccoli Puffs and Sour Cream and Onion Cauliflower Puffs.
These gluten-free puffs are made with simple base ingredients, including cauliflower or broccoli, rice flour, chickpeas and pea protein. These better-for-you baked snack puffs deliver the flavor and texture that consumers have come to know, love and expect from their favorite snacks but with a healthful twist that all ages can appreciate.
