The Kingston FURY Renegade gaming SSD is now available on Amazon at a price of only $89 USD for the 1TB version. This is competitive pricing, given that the FURY Renegade is a PCIe Gen 4 SSD with read speeds of up to 7,300 mb/s. This speed is not only fast enough for modern PC gaming, but also meets the required read speed for PlayStation 5 SSD add-ons, making this a great product for console gamers as well.
It is important to note that, while the FURY Renegade does boast competitively fast read and write speeds, it is not a next-generation PCIe Gen 5 SSD. That being said, Gen 4 is enough for most people, especially given the cost savings associated with PCIe Gen 4 at the moment.
