Japan’s Kagawa prefecture now unveils a new Slowpoke Park that is set to officially open its doors during sometime in April of 2023, as announced by the Kagawa government. Along with this announcement was a conceptual visual of what the venue plans to look like.
Based on this, the park plans to build a large playground that has a giant Slowpoke slide. The Pokémon character made an appearance during a press conference when the news was announced as well. Although the park seems to be catered for kids, adult fans may also enjoy the many attraction themed around this Pokémon. Notably, Kagawa Prefecture is the de factor home of the Slowpoke since the name Yadon sounds like udon, which stems from the location.
