The 420 Hotels Inc. has announced the launch of a crowdfunding campaign through StartEngine to raise equity funds for Denver’s first legally licensed cannabis consumption lounge in a boutique hotel. The initiative is the first of its kind in the United States and the first time a licensed cannabis business has launched a campaign on the StartEngine platform.
The lounge, which will be located in the historic Patterson Inn, will allow guests and annual members to legally smoke and vape cannabis flower and concentrate and consume infused edibles in a safe and legal environment. The initiative is a significant step towards validating cannabis social use and an innovative solution to the gap in legalized adult-use cannabis consumption. The hotel intends to expand its cannabis consumption lounge to multiple locations over the next several years.
