An Irish humanitarian organisation is seeking to aid those suffering in Gaza by providing a mobile surgical unit to assist in the delivery of life-saving medical care. The mobile operating theatre — contained in a shipping container and known officially as a ‘hospitainer’ — will be capable of facilitating up to 10 surgeries a day.
