The jerky is formulated with the iconic Philadelphia cheesesteak sandwich in mind and offers an easy way to enjoy its flavor from anywhere. The beer jerky is being offered by the brand at the 2023 Summer Fancy Food Show taking place at the Javits Center in New York City from June 25 to 27, 2023.
Founder Marcos Espinoza spoke on the Side Project Jerky Cheesesteak Jerky saying, “Look near and far and you won’t find another Cheesesteak jerky. We needed to change that. Not just for me, but for the rest of the world. I’m pretty sure that a portable version of a Cheesesteak is a dream that everybody has.”
