Accor has opened a
Mercure hotel on St Kilda Road in Melbourne, Australia.

The Mercure Melbourne St
Kilda Road, located near numerous IT, health and
government businesses, features 145 rooms, including 20
two-bedroom apartments.

Facilities at the hotel, which is owned by the Ubertas
Group, include a full-size gym, car parking, a restaurant and
a bar.

Albert Dadon, Founder & CEO of Ubertas, said,

The Mercure Melbourne St Kilda Road is Accor’s 38th
hotel in Melbourne and complements other outer CBD hotels,
including Pullman & Mercure Melbourne Albert Park, The Como
Melbourne MGallery in South Yarra, The Sebel in Malvern, and the
Art Series hotels.

In total, the French hospitality giant has 19 international
brands across Australia, New Zealand, Fiji and French Polynesia,
including Sofitel, MGallery, Art Series, Pullman, Swissôtel,
Mövenpick, Grand Mercure, Peppers, The Sebel, Mantra, Handwritten,
Novotel, Mercure, BreakFree, ibis, ibis Styles, ibis budget and Ennismore’s SO/ and TRIBE.
