Accor has expanded its portfolio of Pullman
Hotels & Resorts to Orchard Road, Singapore, the brand’s first
property in the country.

The hotel, which previously operated as the Grand
Park Orchard, is surrounded by major shopping malls offering
leading fashion labels and global brands, as well as a vast
variety or restaurants, bars and more.

Orchard and Somerset MRT stations are just a short
walk from the hotel, while Changi International Airport can be
reached in approximately 20 minutes.

“Singapore is a trendsetting city that has evolved
from an Asian economic hub into a vibrant global tourism
destination. This makes it the perfect setting for our Pullman
brand, which has a history that dates back more than 150 years and
now attracts a new generation of digital nomads, millennial
globetrotters, and business professionals,” said Garth Simmons,
Chief Executive Officer of Accor, Southeast Asia, Japan & South
Korea. “Pullman Singapore Orchard will deliver bold and creative
stays, surrounded by world-class dining and shopping venues.”

The 326 rooms and suites come in nine
configurations, ranging from Classic to the more spacious and
luxurious Presidential Suite.

Not only can guests enjoy a fully contactless
check-in via the hotel’s mobile app and digital room keys, they
can also customize every part of the in-room ambiance, including
the lighting and temperature.

Smart TVs with screen casting provide endless
entertainment options and guests can access all the hotel’s
services via a dedicated app.

Facilities at the hotel include a multi-purpose
Executive Lounge with pockets for work, relaxation and social
interaction; a choice meeting and event spaces; a variety of F&B
outlets; a fitness centre; and a beach cum pool club with ambient
music, cozy cabanas, sun beds and a swim-up pool bar.

“For today’s new entrepreneurs, the lines between
work and play are increasingly blurred. At Pullman Singapore
Orchard, we have created the ultimate playground for this
multi-hyphenate audience. Whether dining, drinking, working or
sleeping, we’ve got all bases covered. We can’t wait to show
Singapore what Pullman is about,” said Rob McIntyre, General
Manager of Pullman Singapore Orchard.

Singapore is a key market for Accor, which now
operates 29 hotels and resorts in the city.
