A main theme within the collection is alternative energy, which is being bolstered by products like PRIME energy drinks, Monster energy drinks and beyond. This no doubt comes in response to Gen Z consumers who might not have a penchant for coffee or tea, but are craving the energy-boosting kick from caffeine.
The vegan-friendly food product segment has also undergone an evolution as animal-free products transition from fad to mainstay amongst health and environment-conscious consumers. This is seeing vegetarian and vegan products evolve to offer more unexpected experiences, which is evident with Trader Joe’s Seasoned Corn Ribs and even GHOST VEGAN Cinnabon protein powder.
