While blue cheese makes for a delicious appetizer, its crumbly texture can sometimes make it difficult to pair with crackers, bread, and veggies. However, with Trader Joe’s new Dolce Creamy Gorgonzola Style Cheese, that problem is a thing of the past. The new Dolce Creamy Gorgonzola Style Cheese has that signature Gorgonzola bite and those classic blue veins running through it that you would expect from any great blue cheese. However, when this particular wedge is left at room temperature for 30 minutes or so, the texture becomes incredibly soft and creamy, which makes it super spreadable. Trader Joe’s notes that this new cheese is so creamy, you can even melt it down to make a rich and indulgent pasta sauce.
