Saudi Arabian Airlines (Saudia) has significantly increased the number of
flights it operates to select markets in Asia and will continue its expansion
with more flights scheduled to come online for Europe this summer.
: The airline introduced
3 additional flights to Bangkok from Jeddah at the end of March. As a result,
Saudia is now serving Bangkok with a total of 10 flights per week with daily
services from Jeddah and thrice weekly from Riyadh.
: Saudia introduced
non-stop flights to Seoul from both Jeddah and Riyadh on 26 March.
The carrier now connects Seoul with 4 flights a week with
2 non-stop flights a week from Jeddah and 2 non-stop flights per
week from Riyadh.
: Saudia now serves
Guangzhou from Jeddah thrice weekly and added two flights per week from Riyadh.
: The
airline added
three services per week between Riyadh and Kuala Lumpur. The extra
services increased Saudia’s presence at Kuala Lumpur to 24
flights per week, with 21 flights from Jeddah and thrice weekly
from Riyadh.
: Saudia
is now serving
Singapore non-stop from Jeddah with three flights per week. The new
non-stop flights replaced the previous service which stopped in
Male.

Athens is now being served from Jeddah thrice weekly, and the
airline will
introduce thrice weekly flights from Riyadh to Athens starting
23 June.
: Saudia
recently added
three services per week between Riyadh and Jakarta, as well as
between Jeddah and Jakarta. The extra services boosted Saudia’s
presence at Jakarta to 24 flights per week, with 21 flights from
Jeddah and 3 flights from Riyadh each week.
: From 1 May, Saudia will add the 3rd
daily flight from Riyadh to London and from 1 July will
increase flights between Jeddah and London to double daily. The
extra services will boost Saudia’s presence at London to 35
flights per week, with 14 flights from Jeddah and 21 flights from
Riyadh each week.
: From 23 June, Saudia will add
a
second daily flight between Riyadh and Istanbul. The extra
services will boost Saudia’s presence at Istanbul to 35 flights
per week, with 21 flights from Jeddah and 14 flights from Riyadh
each week.
: From 23 June,
the national carrier will be serving Milan
on a daily basis. The company will introduce three new weekly
flights from Riyadh, in addition to the current four flights per
week from Jeddah.
: From 24 June, Saudia will serve
Geneva double daily with daily flights from both Jeddah and
Riyadh.
: From 25 June,
the airline will
introduce flights to Barcelona 4 times per week from Jeddah.
: From 23 June, Saudia will serve
Vienna on a daily basis. The company will introduce three new weekly
flights from Riyadh, in addition to the current four flights per
week from Jeddah.
: From 1 August,
the carrier will increase the
current daily flights between Jeddah and Paris to double daily.
The extra services will boost Saudia’s presence at Paris to 21
flights per week, with 14 flights from Jeddah and 7 flights from
Riyadh each week.

By mid-year, Saudia will be operating 56 weekly
services internationally to and from 14 destinations.
Saudia currently has 142 aircraft, including:
B787-9s, B777-300ERs, Airbus A320-200s, Airbus A321s and Airbus
A330-300s.
