Haitham Al Ghais, Secretary General of the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC), will return to Luanda for the fourth edition of the Angola Oil & Gas (AOG) conference (https://apo-opa.info/3PTENZ0) – taking place September 13-14 under the auspices of the Ministry of Mineral Resources, Oil and Gas.
