The GBA Youth Aviation Industry Internship

and relevant aviation training colleges from Mainland China,
officially kicked off in Zhuhai on Wednesday.
The first batch of 38 students from Guangdong
Polytechnic of Science and Technology’s Flight Attendant Faculty

The programme, aimed at nurturing young talent for
the aviation industry and boosting its development in Hong Kong
and the Greater Bay Area (GBA), comprises classroom study and work
experience.
“The GBA Youth Aviation Industry Internship
Programme helps nurture talent and build up the talent pool in the
GBA, supporting Hong Kong’s status as an international aviation
hub,” said Vivian Cheung (pictured), Chief Operating Officer of Airport
Authority Hong Kong. “As the GBA’s integration and innovation
continues to gain momentum, I am confident that the whole region
will sparkle with vitality and vigour, and develop into a
world-leading bay area with significant influence in aviation
sector.”
